charming stay!
lovely staff clean room fresh croissants
The staff was genuinely lovely. Our check-in was so pleasant. the room was tiny, i admit, but it was very nice and neat. breakfast was good, especially the fresh croissants and pancakes!!!

The staff was attentive to our needs. the rooms were beautifully appointed. The bed was comfortable.
the air conditioning system was not working when we arrived. it took until sunday morning to fix.

pleasant city stay
helpful staff clean room convenient location
the staff were very helpful assisting with directions. the room was clean when i arrived and tidied daily. the location was convenient with easy access to public transportation. restaurants and shops were also nearby making it simple to get around and find necessities.
the elevator was rather small making it difficult to use with luggage.

the reception staff provided prompt assistance with check-in and check-out and they were available to answer questions. they offered helpful suggestions for local attractions and restaurants. their service was efficient and attentive.

the breakfast included a selection of pastries and fresh fruit. the coffee and tea service was available early. seating in the dining area was comfortable and well kept with regular replenishment of buffet items.

Really good hotel experience
great location helpful staff clean room
The hotel's location worked very well. Transport and several restaurants were close. The staff was very kind and helpful . My room was clean. I REALLY appreciated that.
The elevator was very small, it barely fit two people with luggage. This caused a slight inconvenience. during check-in and check-out.

The hotel is conveniently near Port Royal station. Luxembourg Gardens are also a short walk away. Many restaurants and BARS are in the immediate vicinity.

the location is fantastic, very close to several metro lines. i found the area safe and easy to navigate. the staff were helpful and responsive to my needs. the breakfast had tasty and filling options.
The elevator was quite small. It barely fit two people with luggage.

broken air conditioning uncomfortable room
the staff was friendly and the location was acceptable.
the air conditioning did not work . i was told it was being repaired, but it remained broken for several days. the lack of air conditioning made the room very uncomfortable, especially with the warmer weather (it was really stuffy).
